Food Well Alliance is seeking highly motivated, community-driven leaders to join our team who share our vision of an equitable, local food ecosystem in which everyone can participate and benefit. Our mission is to provide resources and support to local growers to connect and build healthier communities. We do this by mobilizing and prioritizing resources for farms, community gardens, and orchards. Additionally, we seek to bring local governments together with growers and communities to ensure that cities incorporate local food and agriculture into their plans for development. Core to this work is raising awareness that urban growing spaces are more than just a place for local food production; they are also critical to the health, vitality, and resilience of our communities.
