The Farmer Fund is a new organization that supports local farmers in the face of natural disaster and helps keep farmers farming. It serves the farmers that feed metro Atlanta through farmers markets, CSAs, and restaurant sales.
Join us at the 2017 Calendar launch party for The Farmer Fund!
The Farmer Fund Launch Party
Monday, August 22, 5:30-10 pm at The Cathedral of St. Philip 2744 Peachtree Rd NW Atlanta GA 30305
Guests will receive a copy of the calendar and the first chance to buy extras $20each. The release party is the only chance to see outtakes and participate in the auction.
At the event, guests will enjoy food and beer from local Atlanta restaurants and breweries. Second Self Beer Company is collaborating with The Farmer Fund to create a different Farmer Fund beer each year as a fundraiser for the nonprofit, brewed with a different Georgia-grown ingredient. This year, they are debuting a Serviceberry Saison, with serviceberries native to Atlanta, picked from local parks by local foragers. The beer will be released for the first time to attendees at the calendar launch party and then will be available at restaurants around the state.
