Atlanta Streets Alive

Atlanta Streets Alive is an initiative of the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition. Join us as we close the streets to cars and open them to people. Bring your bicycle or just your feet, and get ready to explore your community streets in a safer, healthier, more livable way.

The event kicks off at 2:00 p.m. with a bicycle parade, and it continues until 6 p.m. Enjoy biking, skating, walking and rolling down the streets and take part in this fun, free, family-friendly event!

June 11 - Route: The streets of Atlanta will spring to life on Sunday, June 11 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., as a 4-mile stretch of Marietta St/ Howell Mill Road is opened to people on foot, bike, and other human-powered activities, and closed to motorized traffic.
