Southeast AgriSeeds is proud to announce FOUR locations for the Forage Profit Seminars.
These meetings are designed with you in mind: common questions and challenges will be addressed by our diverse speakers and topics. Join us at any location to learn to: balance forage growth, match livestock needs with forages, manage mixtures, grow quality alfalfa, and see a collection of successes and lessons learned in the “Season Summary.”
Guest Speaker: Dr. Ed Rayburn
Dr. Rayburn is the Extension forage agronomist at West Virginia University. He brings a wealth of knowledge, but will focus his efforts on teaching how to: take forage samples from
hay and pastures, interpret the forage test report, and match the forage to the nutritional needs of different classes of livestock. He will also discuss identifying supplemental nutrients that might be needed.
