Join Firdous Community Garden to learn how to locally source and preserve fresh food. The August 3rd workshop will focus on best practices for canning produce to be enjoyed well into the colder months. By participating in the workshops you will learn how to save food in your own household as well as create school cafeteria reserves by using food from our farm and local growers.
