Come join North Fulton Young Farmers and North Forsyth FFA for a hands-on step by step workshop that will give attendees an in depth look into nutrient film technique hydroponics! The hydroponic greenhouse at North Forsyth High is modeled after local commercial hydroponic greenhouses. Most growers are closed to the public to maintain strict IPM control and cleanliness standards. This experience will showcase a profitable hydroponics operation and how NFT hydroponics systems can be incorporated into schools, homes, or farms.

Participants will be able to engage with every step from seed to harvest. We will have a dinner for participants along with the workshop using crops grown onsite, and each participant will be able to take home a head of lettuce!
