Join North Fulton Young Farmers for an introductory course into indoor microgreens production that will teach proven methods for successful sprouting for your home or farm operation. the course will cover seed variety selection, crop planning, growing trays, lighting, growing set up, packaging, food safety, and more! Participants will receive a hands on experience in assembling a set up and seeding trays from start to finish, and each participant will leave with microgreens to enjoy. A meal will be provided with the class.
The class will be located behind the main campus in the Cambridge Agriscience and Veterinary Education (CAVE) building. The CAVE looks like a large equestrian barn, and it can be easily accessed using the school entrance from Cogburn Rd.
