Potluck & Pitch provides a platform and seed funding for the Atlanta community to share home grown ideas to improve local food access and food systems.
Come hear innovative, sustainable ideas to bring affordable, local food choices to under served Atlanta neighborhoods. Potluck & Pitch provides the seed money to help those ideas grow.
Share a Meal, Fund an Idea
We ask that attendees bring a dish to share while you listen to five short pitches. Each entrepreneur will have five minutes to describe their food idea without using technology. To keep the pitches moving, speakers will take up to four questions from the audience.
Following the pitches, attendees will have the opportunity leave written feedback for each speaker on a message board and continue to network over a potluck meal.
After sharing a meal, you can vote for your favorite idea. Majority rules and the idea with the most votes win the event’s ticket sales – up to $1,000.
The 5 pitchers from the last event are ineligible to submit this round.
NEXT EVENT: June 25 from 6-9 PM at the Atlanta Community Food Bank
Deadline to submit your ideas is June 8 11:59pm.
Want to cast your vote and decide the future of your Food Oasis while sharing an awesome meal with your neighbors? Join us on June 25 at the Atlanta Community Food Bank from 6-9pm, 732 Joseph E Lowery Boulevard Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30318.
