Celebrate 75 Years with WABE, Atlanta’s home for NPR and PBS! Hosted by Emmy-nominated Jon Goode of The Moth StorySLAM, WABE’s free community festival, sponsored by the United Way of Greater Atlanta, is happening from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 25 at the Callaway Plaza in the Woodruff Arts Center.
This year, WABE will feature Little Moon, the 2023 winner of the NPR Tiny Desk National Contest! The lineup also includes local Atlanta musical talent IVEEN, J. Nolan, Uncle Bubz, and Vahn Black.

WABE is also looking for 30 Atlanta public-media fans to volunteer at its FREE WABE MixTape Block Party, 2-8 p.m., Sunday, June 25.
They need extra hands to help …
Set up and take down tables, chairs, decorations and signage
Wrangle performers like the 2023 NPR Tiny Desk Contest winner, LITTLE MOON
Share FREE WABE swag with festival-goers
Take care of VIP pass holders and other special guests in the WABE VIP lounge
There are multiple volunteer shifts happening throughout the day, starting at 11a and ending at 9p.
