Food Well Alliance is a collaborative network of local leaders working together to build equitable and thriving community gardens, urban farms, and orchards across metro Atlanta. Our mission is to provide resources and support to local growers to connect and build healthier communities.

Grow With Us!

Together, we can realize our vision of an Atlanta that is locally grown and community connected. That includes you! Volunteer, donate or join us in this week’s featured action step:

The annual Fruit Tree Sale is officially open! You can now shop over 50 varieties of fruit trees, vines, and berry bushes. Every tree you purchase helps us plant more orchards around metro Atlanta, increasing access to fresh, healthy food.

Food Well is partnering with Georgia Organics to offer an additional pick up location at the SOWTH Conference from February 5-6, 2025! We’re also continuing our official In-Person Sale and Pick Up Day on Saturday, February 15. The details for both options are below.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve shared inspiring stories of farmers, community gardeners, and orchard stewards across metro Atlanta. Through these stories, we’ve seen the dedication of growers working hard to bring fresh food to their communities.

Thanks to your contributions and the $25,000 match from our board and Tito’s Handmade Vodka, we’ve exceeded our goal and raised $52,292! Your donations will go directly to providing growers with compost, additional education, labor support, grants, and more.

If you weren't able to give on GA Gives Day, you can still support local growers by giving a year-end gift to Food Well. Your donation will provide local growers with the resources they need to thrive.

You can also find all the grower stories we highlighted during November on our website. We encourage you to read through them all and follow the growers featured!
