Join Global Growers for the 6th annual Toast to the Culture in Agriculture on May 21th, 2017 from 3pm until 5pm. The event will showcase local brews and spring flavors from around the globe at the idyllic, 15-acre Bamboo Creek Farm, where the farmers are global and the food is local. 

Global Growers farm families, who have come to the U.S. as refugees from countries such as Burma, Malaysia, Nepal, Bhutan and Burundi, are growing a vast variety of fresh spring greens. Farmers and local chefs will prepare seasonal tastings featuring the best of spring vegetables and a world of flavors. In addition to the food tastings, we will provide local beer around the bonfire and offer farm tours.

This annual event is a Pay What You Can fundraiser for Global Growers. The suggested donation is $50 per person. Proceeds from the event will be supporting Global Growers and the continued effort to connect new American families to land, education, and markets within the Atlanta area. We are thrilled to welcome you and guests to join us at Bamboo Creek Farm to make a toast to the new food and agriculture traditions that we are creating together here in Georgia.
