It’s that time of year again! The trees are blooming, birds and bees are doing their thing, and soon Concrete Jungle will be harvesting fruit again.
Every year, we kick off our harvesting season with our Fruit Tree Ramble, an event to highlight the bounty of fruit growing right in our backyard, while also raising the funds for us to continue harvesting unwanted fruits and vegetables to donate to Atlanta’s homeless and hungry.
Join us at 3:30 on Sunday, May 21 to ramble on foot or by bike through Virginia Highlands to find 10+ varieties of fruit trees! Afterwards, join us at Orpheus at 5:30 for a family friendly party with 36 oz of beer for the adults and old timey carnival games and a raffle for the kids and young at heart.
It's our third year holding the Ramble and it gets better every year, so we hope to see you there! Early bird tickets are $25 until May 14, then ticket prices go up to $30. Kids are $5.
