Food without Faces: Relearning where our Food Comes from in the Supermarket Age

If you like food or puns, you’re in luck: Chef Jarrett Stieber of the Eat Me Speak Me Pop-Up & Speakeasy will give you a whirlwind tour through the food we eat from farm to fork. Jarrett honed his charcuterie skills at some of Atlanta’s finest restaurants, butchering and curing meat at Empire State South for 2.5 years and working as a cook at Abattoir, Holeman & Finch and Restaurant Eugene before that. So he knows his stuff. Come find out how the big boys do it when it comes to sourcing, preparing and being a conscientious carnivore.
