Plant Powered Cooking: Eat Your Veggies
In this 90 minute hands on cooking class you will learn how to cook different vegetables to make a delicious meal. Vegetables will be seasonal, based on what you will see at your local Farmer's Markets and in your CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).
Whether you're new or old to plant based cooking, or desire to incorporate more plants into your diet but are tired of a basic sauté, Chef Matt Adolfi of Serenbe Foods will guide you through innovative and exciting recipes.
Recipes are inspired by Serenbe Farms' CSA and are easy to repeat at home with the special takeaway recipe cards.
The class has limited seating. Each ticket is $45 and nonrefundable.
