Have you ever wanted to learn more about wildlife, the environment, and how we interact with the natural world around us? If so, then perhaps the UGA Master Naturalist program is for you. This is a unique continuing education opportunity offered by the University of Georgia's Warrnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Every one of this 12-day course will consist of field trips and unique adventures to learn from professors and regional experts on subjects such as; wildlife, aquatic biodiversity, mammalogy, forestry, birds, geology, and much more.
Dates: The program is every Wednesday from April 8th to June 24th from 9:30am to 3:30pm. You will be required to attend at least 10 of the classes to graduate from the program.
The payment and registration deadline are March 20th at 5:00pm.
Fee: The program cost is $300 which will cover weekly field trips, tours, class materials, name badges, Georgia Master Naturalist polo, graduation luncheon, and certificate of completion.
