Food Well Live, April 10 - Eva Dickerson, Katherine Kennedy, and Sara Lamond

Food Well Live is a weekly show every Friday at 1 PM on Instagram Live that features updates about local food from across metro Atlanta and beyond, as well as interviews with farmers and local food organizers.

This week's Food Well Live featured Eva Dickerson of Thomasville Heights Farm to discuss how she's feeding their school community, Katherine Kennedy to learn how Concrete Jungle has pivoted to help food pantries with grocery delivery, and Sara Lamond of Community Farmers Markets to hear about their new online farmers market.

The creation of Food Well Alliance was made possible through funding from the founding benefactor, the James M. Cox Foundation, and through the vision of Jim Kennedy, chair of Cox Enterprises, and Bill Bolling, founder of the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Together, they saw an opportunity to build healthier communities across metro Atlanta by supporting and connecting members of our local food movement. Today, we support more than 300 community gardens, urban farms and orchards in the Atlanta region.
